Terms and Conditions
- Class sizes: Class sizes are limited, and reservations are accepted in the order received. Waitlists may be available.
- Discounts: CWA volunteer credit of 100 points may be applied toward fee, limited to 2 students per workshop. Registrar will manually apply discounts.
- Paying online: Full payment may be made through our website (PayPal will accept credit cards or your PayPal account, if you have one). If you need to cancel later, if you are 6 or more weeks prior to the workshop, a full refund will be given less the $75 non-refundable registration fee per workshop.
- Paying by check: You may opt to make a $75 non-refundable registration deposit per workshop. Please download the registration form and send your deposit check with your reservation form.
- Confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of $75 deposit or payment in full with signed registration form.
- Balance is due 60 days before the workshop begins.
- Email confirmation of Workshop details (time, location, artist's outline and supply list): An email will be sent approximately forty five (45) days before the workshop begins. Artist's class description and materials list may be downloaded from each workshop description.
- Model fees: are normally built into the workshop price.
- Workshop Cancellation: If CWA cancels a workshop for insufficient enrollment or other reasons beyond our control, registrants will receive a full registration fee refund. Any non-registration fees including hotel, airfare, car rental fees, etc. are not covered by CWA.
- Prices: Prices for each workshop are shown with each workshop description.
